Initial Consultation

In this stage, we establish the client’s pre-approval status via a consultation to see how this home loan fits into their financial plan.

A lot of people think I’m in the business of simply providing a home loan. I personally don’t look at my profession in that manner. I believe in living a debt free lifestyle to include being mortgage free. I’ve found that people who are 100% debt free live much different lives than those who are perpetually in debt. They have more financial freedom which ultimately allows them to live a life on their own terms, unencumbered by the financial strain debt ultimately presents.

I’m helping to create, perhaps, the largest debt of one’s life and therefore, I have a professional responsibility to help my clients manage that debt with the overall goal of helping them become 100% debt free.  I see my primary role as helping my borrowers integrate the home loan they select into their overall long and short-term financial and investment goals as well as their payment and equity objectives. With a solid game plan coupled with active management, my clients can achieve a debt free lifestyle on average in 7 to 10 years.

Documentation

Gather client documentation for their pre-approval letter- issue the preapproval letter.

Contracts secured

We handle all aspects of securing financing during this process.

There are over 350 steps that take place behind the scenes to fund a home loan. We coordinate all aspects of the 350 task such as ordering title, appraisal and all 3rd party services.

We keep the client informed during this process on the status of their loan.

Funding

We coordinate with all parties involved for a smooth closing process. This is mainly achieved via a “pre-closing” consultation where we go over the signing and funding process so there are NO hidden surprises at the signing table. This reduces stress on the borrower and all parties involved.

Post-Funding

I provide annual loan reviews to insure my clients financial situation is still relevant to the loan they have in place and their debt reduction plan. We also provide a complimentary valuation of the clients home so they know their estimated value.
